Many people seem to the think Dew-Code.com is run by a group of people, or some big corporation. Well, it's flattering if you have that impression, but the truth is, its just one person. While I'd love nothing more than to continue giving away my scripts, my time and experience, I do have the same needs as everyone else. If you've found Dew-Code.com , or any of the scripts found there to be helpful, please consider making a contribution.

For the year 2009, as of 12/16/09, A total of $50 USD has been contributed, or roughly $4.17 per month, for the year. While that is of course appreciated, unless more contributions are received, I will have no choice but to make future scripts available for purchase only.

Even geeks need a treat now and again E-mail

Ok I admit it, I'm a geek and I like to cook.. no strike that, actually I dont like to cook, I like to eat! but anyways, I digress. One of the things I like to eat.. er I mean make is ice cream, but I dont always have the pateince to make the real stuff and I am occasionally impatient.. ok I'm frequently impatient, but I digress yet again...

What I need is some ice cream !

As luck would have it, I recently had the pleasure of whipping up a website full of recipes. I was even prompted to submit a few of my own, so since I'm the type that likes to share, and I don't want to keep it all just for myself.. here you go.

Super Easy Philly Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS

10 Cups light cream
2 Cups Sugar
2 Tablespoons vanilla extract

METHOD

Pour cream into sealable gallon sized freezable container. Gradually add sugar while stirring constantly. Continue to stir until sugar dissolves. Stir in vanilla extract and salt. Seal container and freeze until completely frozen.

*Optional* Prior to freezing, you can really make whatever ice cream you like. Try stirring in fruit, or chocolate syrup, or crumbled Oreos, or even your favorite candy bar. Your imagination is the limit.

The hardest part is waiting for it to freeze Yell.

You'll find this and hundreds of other great recipes at www.cookbytheclockrecipes.com  and if you have a good recipe to share, don't be selfish! add it!

Mmmmm Ice cream ! but I think you should wait before the ice cream is a little frozen and then stir in heavier things, otherise they just sink to the bottom.
