Background:
The project is part of a site which is supposed to give a better answer to consumer needs regarding comparing prices and getting to better deals over the web.

Need Email Script Edited
Please find attached a mass emailer script. I need it configured where rather then it sending all the emails at once, it only sends 100 emails every 3 minutes, to avoid from spamming. So I should be able to put in 50000 emails and it will only send 100 every 3 minutes. A Database should be setup to configure this. A copy of the database and file should also be sent to me for backup when completed.

Script To Retrieve Text From Wiki
The url will be to a wikicloud xwiki page which require authentication log in and password.
The script (hopefully in python) that takes an url from txt file and logs into that url. It will then retrieve text and additionally send text to that page.
