Private Elance/scriptlance
We are looking for someone to build a private version of eLance or ScriptLance for our organisation of over 2000 staff.
We need our managers to be able to post internal work packages, and our staff to be able to "bid" in terms of time estimated and proposed approach (rather than just a dollar amount).
We're a Java house so Java would be preferred.

Delphi To Php Conversion
I have the Delphi source files for an application that can calculate the unlock codes for BlackBerry mobile phones using the IMEI and MEP details from the phone. I would like to implement this unlock code calculator into my PHP site for visitors to use and therefore require conversion of the Delphi source into a PHP script. I have supplied the Delphi source files and several valid IMEI and MEP combinations for testing.
