- DEW-NEWPhpLinks is an open source free PHP script. DEW-NEWPhpLinks allows you to run a very powerful link exchange or a full blown search engine. DEW-NEWPhpLinks has multilevel site categorization, infinite threaded search capabilities and more. DEW-NEWPhpLinks is pretty simple to setup.
- DEW-NEWPhpLinks is based on and retains features from phplinks, like related categories, searchable categories, site reviews, site ratings, and an admin interface. DEW-NEWPhpLinks also allows you to verify that a site you link to is linking back. You can copy link entries to other categories, show optional featured sites, banner ads and more.

- A webserver capable of parsing PHP version 4 or higher, we recommend Apache and
- MySQL v 3.22 or higher
- PLEASE NOTE: While the SEF version does not use mod-rewrite, it does require that your webserver read and allow certain directives via the included .htaccessfile.
