A friend gave me the idea of make a list of free software's links.

The idea isn't original, but in this day, for my country i think is so usefull. The Free Culture and the FLOSS are a good way to raise the use of technology and internet.

I am a Chilean interested in build a customization to the code "PHP Links".

For my part, willing to collaborate on their ideas.
