When you submit the form, does the page simply reload the form ? or do you see this ... ?

"An email message has been sent to EMAIL ADDRESS containing your User Name and Password Hint"

ok... then it is almost certainly a register globals issue.. but rather than me asking 20 questions, how about you give me the url so I can see how it behaves for myself ..

I'm clicking "Edit" on the link to my own site (the only link on that page) and trying to retrieve my own password. I assume my other sites have the same issue.

Ok.. now I have the full picture... Thank you for your patience.

Hopefully adding this line near the top of the directory file fixes it.
