This is my third install and I have a good handle on it now. Maybe an idea for Dewed is to say on the download page that people can get the raw code for free or the code + installation (& maybe also some support limited to usage of the GUI but not coding) for $250 or something.
Make it clear up front that you have services available for a fee. You seem to know a heck of a lot about PHP, so I'd recommend playing up the fact that you can install, set up, and customize this and other scripts (heck that's one of the things I plan to do) and show a few example sites.
This is a great script and I hope that people will get behind it and help bring some money to Dewed for all of his hard work. If you have used it for a commercial site (especially), please consider making a donation. If I can get clients to pay me to install it I will make further donations as well.

The pic in the review is.. well actually pretty primitive.
Determine the ID # for the site, and create a graphic, really any graphic, but traditionally it would be a screen shot of the website. Scale the pic down to roughly 250px wide, and save it as ID#.jpg eg; for site ID # 117 you would name the graphic 117.jpg
Make a mental note of the whatever width you use.. varing the width on numerous images.. well just looks kinda tacky IMHO
Finally upload the graphic to /images/featured/ directory.
Note the graphic is only used if the featured site also has a review, and that review has been approved form the admin panel
