I am new to DewNewPHPLinks.

This is what I want to use it for. Well links, lol. But I want to be the only one who submits the links. I do not want others to. So how do I disable that feature? Or Hide it?

Also. I deleted all the categories. I am starting from scratch. The problem I am having now is the featured links. The Promopeddler.com and Dew-code.com. I want to keep them but I want them deleted for now until I redo the categories and then put them in the right place. Admin shows there are two links but there is no where to delete them. What am I missing?
