I installed the program on a website and now want to change the administrative username/password. How do I do this? Can't find it anywhere?

Password protecting the admin panel is not handled by the script, it is handled by Apache, and something called htaccess.

Likely your web host has a control panel that allows you to password protect directories.
You may need to delete or rename the .htaccess file in the /admin directory first though.

Just be sure not to delete the .htaccess file above your admin directory though or the script wont work.
