I have just installed the script via Fantastico and login in to the admin area, but i cannot access the index Page...(http://india1travel.com/links/directory/)its make Oops! I cant see any .htaccess file...

.htaccess files are system files. If you use an FTP program, or web based file manager they might not be shown by default. Look for an option, something like "Display hidden files" or "Show system files" Every FTP program I've used has a similar option.

Once you can see the .htaccess file you can fix the Oops

If you are getting the dreaded 404 oops see http://www.dew-code.com/content/view/14/25/

otherwise please explain what kind of oops it is.
