I've wanted a quality link exchange on my site for quite some time, and I tried experimenting over the past few weeks with several other link exchange directories. All of them had major problems which made it either near-on impossible for visitors to submit their links, or difficult for me to administer the exchange.

Dew-NewPHPLinks has changed all of that. People find it easy to add their sites, and I find it easy to approve, modify or reject them (that last one doesn't happen very often). I've made a few small mods, but nothing major - just some cosmetic changes.
