Sorry, the password is not recoverable. But, you can delete the file named .htaccess in your /admin directory (make sure its the one in the admin directory!) After its been removed you can get in. Be sure to use your hosts password protect directory function to re-password protect your admin directory. You can also rename the admin directory to something unique for some added security.
