I have just installed the script via fantastico. However altho i have no problem viewing the user side, I cannot access the admin. I have been trying to figure out the correct path to admin, when i enter - mydomain/mydirectory/admin, it just takes me to the standard user script.

I have been reading other posts and i cannot figure out how to resolve this issue. I have tried to set up a new user in the admin password protected directory, but no matter what I do, I cannot access the admin side, Im always brought to the main directory page when I enter the admin path.

Could someone please point out in steps how to rectify this problem?

Keep in mind that the "/directory/" portion of the URL you use to view the script is not an actual directory, it is a PHP script lacking the .php extension, so ...

if you use www.mysite.com/installed/directory/ to view the script, you would use www.mysite.com/installed/admin/ to access the admin panel.
