Check include/config.php for $tb_track = 'phplinks_track'; Or .. You could just hard code the table name in.. change insert into $tb_track values to insert into phplinks_track values

Thanks I downloaded the files again and opened the dbupdate file to get the details about the table then manually created it It all looks like it works now
