My site wont have too many links added to the categories and I would like to be able to display them front and center under the category headers with the thumbshots (if possible, but NOT Required)

I'm happy to have the categories listed in one column along the left, though it seems to keep defaulting to 2...

Also I would like the links to open in a new window - I saw a thread on this and attempted the change but it resulted in an error...

I believe it should be a target="_blank" , with the underscore to get a new window/tab


I guess I never tried setting it to use just 1 column. I'll have to review /include/functions.php and see what is going on there
